Returns accepted within 15 days from date of purchase and must be accompanied by original receipt.

Returned product must be in same condition as purchased.

Returns will not be accepted if merchandise is NOT in working order, as products are technician tested prior to stocking at MSS.

All sales final on classes/seminars/training, computer software, DVDs, tracking systems, or products requiring registration – NO REFUNDS/NO STORE CREDIT.

ADVANCED PURCHASES – No refunds or exchanges. All items must be picked up within 30 days from date of purchase. Any purchases not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited by the customer and returned to inventory.

MPI also reserves the right to disallow any refund / return.

HOLDHARMLESS -  I (the customer) intend to use any type of recording device (audio / video / data) for legal purposes in conjunction with the laws of the state where I will be utilizing the equipment. I also understand that recording (audio / video / data) another party without their consent is illegal. I further agree not to hold METRO SPY SUPPLY / Metro Private Investigations, Inc., or any affiliate businesses responsible for my actions or use of the above purchased item(s), if illegally used in my business or personal affairs. I intend not to use any recording device or any other product purchased for any illegal / criminal activities and I also agree not to loan these items to any persons that might use these items for any illegal or criminal activity.
